(3) Scientific organization of construction. When preparing the construction organization design, fully consider the characteristics of rainy season construction, arrange the projects unsuitable for rainy season construction in advance or later, do a good job of interspersed working procedures, improve work efficiency and construction speed, and stop construction in case of heavy rain.

(4) Respond quickly and make emergency preparations for flood control and disaster relief. During construction in rainy season, various protective measures should be further strengthened. Ensure that the rescue and relief materials personnel are in place, and immediately start the emergency plan in case of danger.
