The weather paralyzed the network.

WiFi is connected, but I can't get online. This situation is not a problem with the mobile phone or laptop, but a problem with the connected WiFi network. It may be that this WiFi is not connected to the Internet, or it may be that the Internet is restricted on the router. Therefore, although wireless devices such as mobile phones and notebooks can connect to WiFi, they cannot access the Internet. First, check the broadband line problem.

Remove the wireless router, connect the modem or broadband network cable directly to the computer, and then test whether the computer can surf the Internet normally; If the computer can't get online at this time, it is likely that there is something wrong with the broadband. Please contact your broadband operator to solve it. If the broadband is directly connected to the computer, the computer can surf the Internet, which means that it is caused by the relevant configuration on the wireless router. Please read the answer at the back.

Second, check whether the router internet settings are successful.

Enter the wireless router setting interface, find "WAN port status" (or "WAN port connection type"), and check the following parameter information. If they are all 0, as shown in the figure below; Explain that the router's internet access setting is unsuccessful, which leads to the problem that the Internet cannot be accessed after WiFi connection. At this time, the user must first ensure that the router is set successfully, that is, there are IP address parameters under the "WAN port status" option, which cannot be all zeros, as shown in the following figure. If you don't know what's wrong with the router, you can click to read the article: the router is set up but can't connect to the Internet. Third, turn off the Internet access restriction function on the router.

If the router "WAN port status" option shows that the connection is successful and there are IP address parameters, it means that the router has successfully connected to the network. However, if you still can't access the Internet after connecting to WiFi, it is mostly because of other settings on the router that restrict wireless devices from accessing the Internet. Please solve this problem in the following ways.

1. Turn off Wireless MAC Address Filtering.

Click "Wireless Settings"-> in the wireless router settings interface; "wireless MAC address filtering"->; Click "MAC address filtering function": turn off filtering, and the detailed settings are shown in the following figure. 2. Turn off the "Internet Access Control" function.

Click "internet control"-> uncheck "open internet control"-> click "save" 3. Turn off Parental Controls.

Click "parental control"-> "parental control" and then select: Do not enable-> click "Save" to pay attention to the problem:

(1), different wireless routers have different functions to restrict Internet access. Please search on your wireless router and turn off related functions.

(2) If you really can't find the function of controlling Internet access in the setting interface of the wireless router, or turn off some restricted functions, WiFi still can't access the Internet. At this point, we suggest that you restore the wireless router to the factory settings, and then reset the router networking and wireless WiFi.
