Weather forecast in Yichuan county, Luoyang city

This morning, Li Bo, vice chairman of the labor union of Luoyang Public Security Bureau, led seven people, including the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Cheng, Wei, Guo and Sun Junting, to start from the first and second teams of Henan Public Security Mental Health Service Corps to carry out the first-line activities of mental health service in our bureau. Shang Yingbin, deputy secretary and executive deputy director of the Party Committee of Yichuan County Public Security Bureau, and Wang, member and deputy director of the Party Committee, attended and participated in the activities. Psychological service activities are divided into three links. The first and second meetings were held at 9: 00 am in the conference room on the third floor of County Bureau/KLOC-0 and the conference room on the third floor of Traffic Police Brigade/KLOC-0.

The teachers, Wei and Guo organized team games such as "weather forecast", "heart-to-hand connection" and "abdominal breathing" by combining theory with practice and entertaining. The atmosphere at the event was warm and the participation was extremely high, which fully mobilized the emotions of the people participating in the event and the auxiliary police. After the game, the instructor focused on the concept of stress and how to release and relieve it, which effectively helped the front-line staff at the grass-roots level to relieve the stress in spirit, work and life, and enhanced the team spirit and cooperation consciousness of the police and auxiliary police. More than 70 people from all units of the county bureau and auxiliary police participated in the activity.

Shang Yingbin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and executive deputy director, on behalf of the Party Committee of the County Bureau, expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the arrival of five comrades of the Henan Public Security Psychological Service Team. Based on the work of grass-roots traffic police, Mr. Cheng analyzed the manifestations of stress in traffic management and its influence on police psychology. Through easy-to-understand language, they integrated mental health knowledge into the real work of traffic police, put forward reasonable and effective channels and methods for decompression, guided the police to actively adjust the relationship between work and life, and relieved psychological pressure in time, which was warmly welcomed by the citizens and auxiliary police who participated in the activities. More than 60 citizens and the auxiliary police of the traffic police brigade participated in the activity.

After the group psychological counseling activities, in view of the heavy work pressure of residents and auxiliary police in the supervision places of our bureau, at the strong invitation of Shang Yingbin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and executive deputy director of our bureau, and Wu Shipi, director of the detention center, Mr. Yang Jing sacrificed his lunch break and went to the conference room and detention center compound in Yichuan County at noon 13 to provide mental health services for about 40 residents and auxiliary police in our detention center again.

This lecture is rich in content and remarkable in effect. The citizens and auxiliary police who participated in the activity said that by participating in mental health consultation, their emotional control ability and psychological endurance were improved, and their work enthusiasm and enthusiasm were fully mobilized.
