The Natural Conditions of Huopai Town

Huopai Town is relatively flat. There is a mountain ridge stretching for more than 20 kilometers from Shanxi in Wang Wan to Shenzhen and Hong Kong in the east, and Xiaoqing River passes through the territory from west to east. It flows through seven villages including Zhanghuo, Wulong, Wang Nan, Wan Hu, Xia Feng, Wang Wan and Huopai, as well as four main canals, five main canals and Hongshui River system, with an irrigation area of 50,000 mu and a relative height difference of 20 meters.

The climate is subtropical, with four distinct seasons throughout the year. The annual average temperature is 15.6℃, the lowest temperature in winter is 2.5℃, the highest temperature in summer is 42.5℃, the annual average rainfall is 755.5mm, the maximum annual rainfall is 1 107. 1mm, and the minimum annual rainfall is 462 mm, which is mostly concentrated in summer and autumn. Summer is hot and rainy, and winter is cold and dry.
