Introduction of Quyuan's hometown scenic spots

Qu Yuan's hometown cultural tourist area is located in the new county town of Zigui, near the Three Gorges Dam, covering an area of about 500 mu. The park displays intangible culture such as Xiajiang shadow play, witchcraft performance and boatman's song. It is a national first-class intangible heritage protection and inheritance base. The tourist area can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Gaoxia Pinghu, and focus on protecting 24 Xiajiang ground cultural relics such as Quyuan Temple and Jiangdu Temple, which were listed as national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council in 2006. Protected areas include Quyuan Memorial Scenic Area, Three Gorges Ancient Residential Area, Quyuan Culture and Art Center and other scenic spots.
