Introduction of Wuzhishi Scenic Spot in Plain

Plain Wuzhishi Scenic Area, located in Chagan Town, Pingyuan County, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province, is a national AAA-level scenic spot, which brings together three major landscapes of "Danxia landform, forest ecology, cultural relics and historic sites" and has the characteristics of hero, danger, strangeness, beauty, seclusion and antiquity.

Plain Wuzhishi Scenic Area is 28 kilometers away from National Highway 206; 88km away from Meicheng, Meizhou City (Meijiang District and Meixian District); It is 53 kilometers away from Xunwu County, Jiangxi Province and 33 kilometers away from Wuping County, Fujian Province.

Lu Zhixian, former vice minister of culture, published "Five Fingers Wonderland" after visiting Wuzhishan, saying that Wuzhishan Scenic Area is a new tourist attraction in South Guangdong.

Wuzhishi Scenic Area has two major scenic spots: five unique and eight scenic spots. "Five wonders" refer to: strange stones, strange seams, strange trees, strange vines and strange holes; "Eight Scenery" refers to Jianmen, Shilin Temple, Lingquan, Mixed Tower, Yixiantian, Ren Xian Bed, Longwutang and Qingyun Road.

Wuzhishi Scenic Area is called Wuzhi because it is mainly composed of Baoding Stone (thumb), Luohan Stone (forefinger), Celestial Stone (middle finger), Dragon-descending Stone (ring finger) and Baogai Stone (last finger) which are shaped like five fingers.

Wuzhishi Scenic Area is open from 9:00- 17:30, and the ticket price is 90 yuan (including sightseeing bus).
