In summer, screen printing, ink is easy to dry online, resulting in blocking the screen and producing printing ink. I'll tell you the solution to the problem:

1. If you can create a working environment for screen printing in summer, you'd better install an air conditioner to reduce the temperature of the screen printing environment.

2. Add a slow-drying agent or an anti-blocking agent to the screen printing ink.

3. Dilute the ink as much as possible to avoid losing the plasticity of the ink.

4. Speed up the scraping operation, keep it consistent, and don't pause or confuse when printing.

5. Return the ink when scraping, so as to cover it with thick ink and scrape it clean.

6. The scraper mouth should be sharp, and the scraper angle should be greater than 45 degrees.
