2. Try to switch network connection: If the currently connected WLAN cannot be updated, try to switch to 4G traffic data refresh; If the 4G traffic data cannot be refreshed, try to switch to WLAN.

3. Please clear the data and add your city again before trying. The operation method is as follows:

EMUI4。 X & 5.x: Settings? & gt？ Application management? & gt？ The weather? & gt？ Save, delete the data, empty the cache, re-enter the weather, click "City" in the upper left corner, and add another city.

EMUI9.0: settings? & gt？ Apply? & gt？ Application management? & gt？ The weather? & gt？ Store, delete the data, empty the cache, re-enter the weather, click on the upper right corner, select Manage Cities, and then add cities.

4. If the above methods still can't be solved, please provide the following information, and we will feedback it to Accu for confirmation:

City/region information with abnormal weather.

Enter the weather interface and manually pull down to update once, and then pull down to see if the last update time is consistent with the system time.

Scenario 2: (This scenario applies to EMUI 9.0)

Problem phenomenon:

The weather is not updated, including weather data and weather location, and cannot be updated by manual refresh.

The cause of the problem:

In the process of weather update, due to the abnormal exit of the program (cleaning the background application and restarting the mobile phone), the update failed, so it is necessary to delete the weather data, restart the weather application and add the city again.

Solution:

Enter? Settings > Application > Application Management > Weather > Store, delete data and empty cache;

Re-enter the weather application and add cities.

This problem will be solved in the next version B 125. Please pay attention to the version upgrade information and complete the upgrade in time.
