Which district in Qingdao is the most prosperous?

Qingdao has Shinan District, Shibei District, Licang District, Chengyang District, Laoshan District, Huangdao District and Jimo District. One *** seven districts.

In my personal opinion, the most prosperous one is Shinan District. The poorest is Shibei District. The most densely populated area is also Shibei District.

The areas with the greatest development potential in the future are Shinan District and Licang District.

Shinan District is the core of Qingdao. Coastal tourism resources are rich, the geographical environment is good, and the financial industry is developed, so it naturally has great potential.

Shibei District is located to the north of Shinan District, where most of the poor people in Qingdao live. Shinan District is a wealthy area, and the rich are all in Shinan. There are two old cities in the south and north of the city. So the current situation is that Shibei District is already overcrowded and there is no land to build new buildings. The disadvantage of this area is that it is crowded, but the advantage is that the cost of living is low. Therefore, although Shibei District is the poorest place, it is also very convenient. The reason why Shibei District has no development prospects is because of the large number of people. Shibei District can no longer support such a large population. Many people will leave here once they have money. The remaining old, weak, sick and disabled live in Shibei District. There are many depressions in Shibei District, which will cause waterlogging when it rains. People say Qingdao has a good drainage system, and they are referring to old Qingdao in Shinan District. Shibei District is originally a poor area and is often flooded.

Licang District was originally a rural area, but with the expansion of Qingdao, Licang District linked Chengyang District and Shibei District. The reason why this place has great potential is because there is a lot of undeveloped land here. Moreover, Licang District is much larger than Shibei District. Many technology companies have settled in Chengyang and Licang, where land is cheap. There is plenty of room for future construction. The subway has already reached here, and it won't take long to get from Licang to Shinan District. Many people are choosing to buy houses and settle down in Licang, so Licang District is very promising.

Laoshan District is located in the east of Qingdao. Here is the most famous mountain in Qingdao, Laoshan. A good environment is the main selling point of Laoshan District. However, the problem with Laoshan is that a large area is occupied by Laoshan. Laoshan is a protected area and cannot be developed. So the prospects are still limited.

Then, go west from Shinan District to the cross-sea bridge and cross-sea tunnel to Huangdao District. Huangdao District is a new development in Qingdao in recent years. The reason why Huangdao is ranked after Li Cang is mainly because of the sea barrier. Whether it is a cross-sea tunnel or a cross-sea bridge, it shortens the distance from Huangdao to Shinan District. However, it costs money to cross bridges and tunnels, and if the weather is bad, travel will be limited. Therefore, the distance is also very close, but the status of Huangdao cannot be equated with Li Cang. Huangdao is very large and has a lot of room for development, but except for Shinan District, there are no other districts around Huangdao where people go. On the other hand, there are Chengyang and Jimo above Licang. These areas will have great advantages for the development of Licang. Licang is a transportation hub. Compared with Licang, the resources that Huangdao can connect to are relatively limited. The positioning of Huangdao is the same as that of Chengyang.

Speaking of Chengyang, it also has a large area, but the problem with Chengyang is that it is far away from Shinan District. Chengyang is a new district with very wide roads. Completely modern planning. Personally, I feel that compared to Huangdao, Chengyang is not so bad. But the distance is a drawback. Fortunately, there is an airport here in Chengyang. There is also a small local tycoon named Jimo in the north.

Jimo District was originally Jimo City. Later, the city was removed from the city and divided into districts, and it became a district of Qingdao. Jimo's own economy is still good. With the merger into Qingdao, Jimo's development prospects will be even greater. The development of Jimo is also a support for Chengyang.
