When does the typhoon land?

Typhoon No.5 landed in Taitung County, Taiwan Province Province.

Infrastructure such as water conservancy, electric power, communication and transportation were seriously damaged, farmland and villages were flooded, dikes and channels were washed away, reservoirs and ponds were in danger, transportation, electric power and communication were interrupted, industrial and mining enterprises stopped production, many houses collapsed, and some people were trapped by floods.
