The first solution is to replace your video cable, both virtual cable and digital cable can be tried. If you are the blue line, there is no problem after replacement. If you replace the white cable, you need to check the video card or monitor.

Eliminate cable problems. If you have a discrete video card, unplug the video card and connect the cable to the integrated video card. If there is still a problem, you can change the monitor. This is basic troubleshooting.

Wet air in summer, or artificial watering, may cause the screen to flicker. You can put the screen in a ventilated place, blow the circuit board inside with a hair dryer, or blow it in the vent, which may be improved. If you check that the wire is still flashing, there may be dust on the interface. Unplug all those wires and plug them in again to see if there is any improvement.
