The weather in Kaifeng

I am from Kaifeng. 1 1 month is generally a little cold, windy and dusty. It is coldest in December, January and early February. I usually wear a hat when I go out. It usually starts to pick up in March. June, July and August are the hottest three months, and it begins to feel cold in September.
