The relationship between Fahrenheit and Celsius;

Fahrenheit = Celsius ×9/5+32.

Celsius temperature = (-32 degrees Fahrenheit) ×5/9

So when the temperature reaches 60 degrees Fahrenheit,

Celsius temperature =(60-32)×5/9= 15.6℃.

That is to say, a temperature of 60 degrees Fahrenheit is equivalent to 15.6 degrees Celsius.
