Does the typhoon affect Wenzhou?

The following figure shows the typhoon location information and movement path probability prediction released by the Central Meteorological Observatory on the morning of August 3:

As can be seen from the figure, Typhoon nakri (12) has weakened into a tropical depression, and its center is located on the west coast of the Korean Peninsula, which will definitely not affect Wenzhou.

Typhoon Xia Lang (1 1) has developed into a super typhoon, and its center is located in the northwest Pacific Ocean about 1370 km southeast of Naha, Okinawa. The Central Meteorological Observatory predicts that its path will turn to the north on the morning of August 4 and move towards Okinawa, Japan. According to this forecast, Wenzhou will be affected by the periphery of Typhoon Xia Lang around August 8th. If the weather system changes during this period, Xia Lang may also move to Wenzhou.

In short, it is still unclear whether Xia Lang will have a greater impact on Wenzhou next Thursday (August 7th).
