In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Heatstroke Prevention and Cooling (Order No.89 of the State Administration of Work Safety [20 12]), the relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the summer high temperature allowance standard in this Municipality are hereby notified as follows:

2. If an enterprise arranges workers to work in the open air from June to September every year and cannot take effective measures to reduce the workplace temperature to below 33℃ (excluding 33℃), it shall pay summer high temperature allowance to the workers.

For the special circumstances in which the nature of workers' workplaces is difficult to determine, enterprises should formulate reasonable payment methods through collective wage negotiation and other forms in light of the actual situation.

Three, summer high temperature allowance into the total wages. While granting summer high temperature allowance, enterprises should continue to provide cool drinks in the workplace.

Four, individual economic organizations with employees, private non-enterprises and other employers refer to the implementation.
