When is the best time to travel to Seda?

Seda Larong Wuming Buddhist College (the highest altitude of Buddhist College is about 4000m, and the altitude of sertar county is 3880m) is not a natural scenery. As long as the RP is good enough and the weather is good, you can travel. But July and August are generally the rainy season in the plateau, and the probability of encountering good weather is very small. It is recommended to miss this time. It is best to choose April to June and September to 10, when it is not too cold and sunny.
