Changsha Heimifeng National Forest Park is located in Qiaoyi Town, north of Changsha and northeast of Wangcheng District. It is connected to Gaojiafang Town, Miluo City in the north, Kaifu District in the south and Changsha County in the east. It is the largest and highest national forest park in the urban area. Black elk peak has always been famous for its prosperous humanities.
