Why did Saipan run aground?

Saipan Star ran aground because of windy weather. A Bahamian ship "Saipan Star" broke down in Shidao waters due to strong winds and ran aground about 0.3 nautical miles from the coast. The cruise ship was going to a nearby shipyard for repair, but it was hit by windy weather. At present, the cruise ship is still stranded, with three people on board and the hull position is stable. No water has been found in the engine room, and there is no fuel in the engine room.
