According to the inquiry of the expressway network, as of March 2023, 10 and 12: 30, due to the large traffic volume and the interweaving of passenger and cargo flows, the security risks were prominent. After analysis and judgment, the Highway Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department and the Highway Center of the Provincial Department of Transportation have taken measures to prohibit passenger and cargo vehicles from connecting to highways: Lankao Station-Kaifeng West Station, Yanshi East Station-Yuling Station and other sections. It is estimated that the measures to prohibit trucks from entering the station will be lifted from 13: 00 to 15: 00.

The Provincial Public Security Department High-speed Corps and the Provincial Department of Transportation High-speed Center monitor the operation of the road network in real time, and dynamically adjust measures such as diversion of key vehicles and traffic control according to weather, traffic changes and traffic accidents.
