If the plane is delayed for 4-8 hours (including 8 hours), the airline shall also provide passengers with preferential ticket purchase, mileage or other equivalent compensation worth 300 yuan, or RMB 200 yuan. If the delay exceeds 8 hours, passengers should be provided with discount on air tickets worth 450 yuan, mileage or other equivalent compensation, or 300 yuan RMB.
