Patients with hypertension can choose to eat some healthy meat. Because if the intake of protein is insufficient, the elasticity of blood vessels will decrease and become brittle, which will easily lead to stroke. Because the fatty acids contained in fish are unsaturated fatty acids, which can increase favorable high-density lipoprotein, eating more fish is more beneficial to the health of hypertensive patients.
4. Sodium salt limit
Don't eat too much sodium salt in your diet, because these may lead to high blood pressure, so eat less salt every day, and the amount of salt per day should not exceed 5 grams.
Autumn and winter are the frequent periods of blood pressure, so we should pay more attention to the elderly at home. If there are symptoms such as headache, dizziness and fatigue, we should seek medical advice in time.
