Rules of Football Match

Chapter I Venue

1. Dimensions The venue must be rectangular, and the length of the sideline must be longer than the length of the goal line. The length is 9-12 meters (1-13 yards) and the width is 45-9 meters (5-1 yards).

2. The international competition is 1-11m (11-12 yards) long and 64-75m (7-8 yards) wide.

5. The penalty area is located at both ends of the field, as follows: Draw two lines perpendicular to the goal line from 16.5 meters (18 yards) from the inside of each goal post. These lines extend 16.5 meters (18 yards) into the playing field and are connected by a line parallel to the goal line. The area formed by these lines and the goal line is the penalty area. Chapter II Ball

1. Chapter III Number of Players

1. Players should have two teams in a game, and each team should have no more than 11 players, including one goalkeeper. If there are less than 7 players in any team, the game cannot start.

2. Official Games In official games sponsored by FIFA, Intercontinental Federation or National Association, a maximum of 3 substitutes can be used in each game. The competition schedule should indicate how many substitutes can be nominated, from 3 to no more than 7.

3. In other competitions, the number of substitutes can not exceed 5, and it is stipulated that:

● The participating teams reach an agreement on the maximum number of substitutes;

● notify the referee before the game. If the referee is not informed before the start of the game or the participating teams fail to reach any agreement, the number of substitutes that can be used shall not exceed 3.

4. All competitions In all competitions, the list of substitute players must be handed over to the referee before the competition starts. Substitutes who are not nominated are not allowed to participate in the competition.

5. Substitution procedures Substitutes must abide by the following provisions:

● The referee should be informed before substitution;

● Substitutes can enter the competition field only after the substituted players leave and get the referee's signal;

● Substitutes can only enter from the center line when the game stops;

● When the substitute player enters the competition field, the substitute procedure is completed;

● From then on, the substitute becomes the player on the field, and the substituted player is terminated as the player on the field;

● Players who are substituted are not allowed to participate in the game again;

● The referee has the right to exercise authority over all substitute players whether they play or not.

6. Changing the goalkeeper Any player on the field can exchange positions with the goalkeeper, and it is stipulated that:

● Inform the referee before changing positions;

● Switch places when the game stops.

7. Violation/penalty: If the substitute player enters the competition venue without the permission of the referee:

● Stop the competition;

● Give the substitute a warning and show a yellow card to order him to leave the venue;

● When the game stops, restart the game by dropping the ball at the place where the ball is located.

If the players and goalkeepers switch places without the permission of the referee:

● Continue the game;

Chapter IV Team Equipment

4. Goalkeepers Each goalkeeper's clothing color must be different from other players, referees and assistant referees.

5. Violation/Penalty For anyone who violates this rule:

● The game does not need to stop;

● After the referee points out that there is something wrong with the equipment of the player, the player should leave the competition venue to adjust the equipment;

● Unless the player has adjusted his equipment, he should leave the playing field when the game stops.

● Players who leave the competition venue to adjust their equipment are not allowed to re-enter the venue without the permission of the referee;

Chapter V Referee

1. The power of the referee is controlled by a referee, who is appointed to have full power to implement the competition rules related to the competition.

2. Authority and rules
