Maoshan weather forecast

Mount Hengshan, known as Beiyue in ancient times, is also known as Taiheng Mountain, also known as Yuanyue Mountain, Ziyue Mountain and Damao Mountain, with an altitude of 20 17 meters. It is also known as the Five Mountains with Mount Taishan in Dongyue, Mount Huashan in Xiyue, Mount Hengshan in Nanyue and Mount Songshan in Zhongyue.

It spans Shanxi and Hebei provinces. Since ancient times, it has been called "the first mountain in the north of Saibei", with Yanmenguan in the west, Taihang Mountain in the east, Sanjin in the south and Yunan and Daierzhou in the north.

Hengshan Mountain is famous for Taoism. There are many Taoist temples in the mountains. According to legend, Zhang studied Taoism in Hengshan Mountain. There were eighteen scenic spots in ancient times, and now there are more than ten places such as Chaodian, Huixian Bridge, Jiutian Palace and Beiyue Temple.

Beiyue Temple is the most magnificent temple scene on the mountain. Built in the Ming Dynasty, it is backed by Tianfengling, the main peak of Hengshan Mountain. There are five rooms in the hall, and in front of the gallery is an original picture of Mount Heng, engraved with a panoramic view of Mount Heng, which is a precious cultural relic.

There is a statue of the true king of Beiyue in the main hall, which is exquisitely carved and lifelike. In the front porch of the main hall, there are dozens of stone tablets, which record the sacrifices made to Mount Hengshan in previous dynasties and are precious materials for studying the history of Mount Hengshan.

Hengshan Mountain, one of the five mountains, attracts tourists with strange risks. There are 108 peaks, which extend from northeast to southwest, much like a marching queue. Wei Yuan, a scholar in Qing Dynasty, summed up the momentum of Mount Hengshan with "Mount Hengshan is like a row". Mount Hengshan, the main peak, is located in the south of Hunyuan, with an altitude of 20 16.8 meters, which is second only to Huashan and the second among the five mountains.

The natural landscape here is very beautiful. The steep north slope is covered with vast pine forests, waterfalls and flowing springs in the forest. Birds chirp and beautiful wonders can be seen everywhere. This is really a good place to enjoy nature. The main attractions are Guo Laoling, Fei Grottoes, Daziwan and Hufengkou.
