Why don't Zhaotong Zhenxiong and Qujing Huize people recruit people in Kunming?

The quality is generally too poor! Swearing ~ Look at bar codes and streets, a large number of criminals are from these two places ~ ~ To be honest, I don't like Huize either, not because of any geographical discrimination, but because in reality, the RP of several Huize people I know is too poor, and one of them is a colleague, cheating and playing tricks.
