Cycling from the ends of the earth to Mohe
If you don't visit local scenic spots, if the weather is good, it will be about 100 km on average. In windy and rainy weather, it is suggested to find a place to rest and replenish physical strength, plus some unexpected delays, with an average of 80 kilometers/day.
The following route from Hainan to Shanghai was taken by myself several years ago. Due to the influence, it may not be completely accurate or the best, for your reference! At first, we walked and played. Those with poor physical strength stay at the station to rest, and those with good physical strength travel for a day or two before starting.
Hainan route: Start from the ends of the earth, take the western route around Hainan Island, pass Yacheng and Liuhuang on the way, turn to Dongfang City (called Basuo by local people), turn to the northeast, pass Changjiang and Danzhou (called Nada by local people), and reach Haikou. Under normal circumstances, you don't wander around on the road. Under the initial application, it is more sufficient to stay for one week. Except for Yacheng, the place names I mentioned above are almost the same as living in every other place for one night. Those with good physical strength can also go directly to Danzhou without spending the night in Changjiang. Of course, Hainan also has east and middle lines. The terrain of the eastern line is similar to that of the western line, but the distance is a little longer and the distance of the central line is close, but there is Wuzhishan in the middle, which is not suitable for bicycle chaining.
It takes two days to go from Haikou to Hai 'an, to Zhanjiang by car or directly to Zhanjiang by boat. After arriving in Zhanjiang, there are two major directions. One is from the coast to Shanghai via Guangdong, Fujian and Zhejiang. The other one goes to Shanghai via Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi and Zhejiang. We originally chose to go inland, because the changeable climate along the coast can easily delay our trip. Secondly, the consumption in the coastal areas of Guangdong and Zhejiang is relatively high. Third, the whole Fujian Province is hilly. If you want to cross by bike, basically the whole annex will have to climb mountains and mountains. Of course, there are also a few difficult places inland, mainly from Guilin, Guangxi and the border of Hunan to Hengyang in central Hunan. This section is also hilly terrain, and it is necessary to climb mountains and mountains, but the consumption here is a bit low. The two-day route is a little farther inland, but the time should be about the same when the weather and terrain are taken into account.
Our route at that time was roughly as follows:
Guangdong and Guangxi: Starting from Zhanjiang, I visited Lianjiang, Suixi, Luchuan and Yulin in a week; Starting from Yulin, passing through Guigang, Litang and Laibin, and going to Liuzhou for a week; Liuzhou has many small mountain roads from the beginning, and it is quite tiring to go up and down. Liuzhou went to Guilin in a few days, played in Guilin for two days, cleaned up and set off. Guilin has seen Lingchuan, Rongjiang and Xing 'an, ranking first in the state. After Quanzhou, Hunan is the hardest place to go.
Hunan route: After Quanzhou, all the way is a mountain road to Dong 'an and Yongzhou, and I slept in a tent for several nights. Then go down to Qiyang, Qidong and Hengyang Hengshan. After Hengyang, we went north to Changsha to prepare for Wuhan, and then turned east. But after going to Yuelu Mountain in Changsha, someone from Hunan University told us that it is best to turn around and go back to Zhuzhou, and then go to Jiangxi, because there are rivers everywhere near Dongting Lake in northern Hunan, and there are no bridges and ferries in many places. After a day's delay, we turned back to Zhuzhou and turned east (it was difficult to walk from Changsha to Dawei Mountain in Liuyang), but Zhuzhou also passed through the ruins of Jinggangshan. If you start, I suggest you turn directly from Hengyang to the east, pass through Hengdong and Youxian, and go directly to Pingxiang, Jiangxi, and then Pingxiang is Jiujiang and Nanchang.
Jiangxi route: It's easier to get from Jiangxi to Nanchang. We didn't feel any obstacles, and we didn't look at the map all the way east to Zhejiang. Not surprisingly, Zhejiang Quzhou entered Zhejiang. We are going to Shanghai.
Considering that your destination is Mohe, I suggest you go directly from Nanchang, Jiangxi to Jingdezhen, and then turn north. In front of Jingdezhen, there is Poyang Lake in the north, followed by Huangshan Mountain. After Jingdezhen turned north, it was Anhui.
Anhui route: After Tongling and Wuhu, the road to Jiangsu is relatively smooth, but pay attention to where the ferries and bridges in the river are and try to take the wrong road as little as possible.
Jiangsu route: From Changzhou to Nanjing, to Yangzhou and Yangzhou, you can go all the way to Beijing along the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. Now this road is busy, and there is nothing deserted. I won't be wordy.
