Buddhism: The mind has no worries, so there is no fear, and one should stay away from upside-down dreams. Ultimate Nirvana. The general translation of this passage.

The heart is free of worries

The heart is the master, the heart is the king of the heart, the heart is the beginning of everything, the heart is the source of everything. All the phenomena in the universe are manifestations of the mind's consciousness, are all the games of the king of the heart, and are all changes in the role of the heart. The heart is the real focus of practice, so our practice cannot be separated from the practice of the heart for even a moment - this is not blind practice and seeking the Dharma outside the heart. Why is this? Because the essence of everything lies in the heart. When the heart is liberated, everything will be liberated. If the heart is not liberated, life cannot be liberated. This shows that the heart is the main direction of practice, rather than the details, endless changes, and myriad threads. The world of phenomena that cannot be sorted out but remains chaotic, clueless, disorganized, and incomprehensible. Actually! The phenomenal world is like a dream. There are no rules for the plots in the dream, because these plots are just reflections of the mind. However, if we do not understand this truth, we will regard these chaotic plots as Treat it as the absolute truth. At this time, gains and losses become very distinct, high and low become very different, beauty and ugliness become very different, respect and inferiority become very different... However, we have all been fooled - fooled by the games played by our own minds, because from the essential standpoint of the mind, these are all illusions, just like watching a movie. Be happy and sad! ? It's like having a dream. You can't keep gaining and losing for the protagonist in the dream! ?

However, the truth is clear and easy to understand, but once we are led by karma and obscured by the delusion of isolation, no matter how great a practitioner you are, you will be reincarnated. If you don’t work hard enough, you will still just talk about it. If you are empty but not empty, you are just picking up people's wisdom. Therefore, in order to understand the reality of all dharmas, we really need to keep self-awareness at all times - everything, whether it is what the eyes see, what the nose hears, what the ears hear, or what the body touches... Even though the moment is so vivid, real, and thrilling...actually! They are all just projections of the mind’s delusions! If we can abide in such a right understanding, then of course we will be a person with no obstacles in our mind. Such a state is so peaceful and comfortable! However, if we only have a trace of persistence - any form of persistence, including a strong opinion on a certain idea, a certain person who must be seen, a certain food that must be eaten with every meal, and a certain entertainment that must be done every week, A certain action must be completed, a certain thought must be thought about... Although the content may vary and vary according to personal habits, it can definitely be summed up in two words, which is "persistence". As long as there is a trace of attachment, there will be a trace of obstruction. As long as all attachments are gone, it is the solemn and sacred moment of liberation from the three realms. Therefore, "a clear mind" is so rare and rare! May we, as disciples of the Buddha, work harder and harder to reach the state of transcendental sainthood and liberation as soon as possible.

Because there are no obstacles

A person without attachment is a person without obstacles, just like a person moving in the air, whether he raises his right hand, puts down his left foot, Walking fast, jogging, forward, backward... there are no obstacles for him, because nothing can stop Sora! To be more specific, a person who has no obstacles is a person who has no intention of gain or loss, because when you let go of all gains or losses, then you are the one who is truly practicing "Prajna Paramita". Because all changes in the phenomenal world are just a drama that must eventually come to an end. If one truly grasps this point of view, he will no longer be affected by any gain or loss and cause sorrow and distress. Please do not underestimate the harm that sadness and anguish does to all living beings. When we are trapped in such emotions, all reality will be blurred, and the helpless tragedy of "causes within effects" will continue to happen. Following our six paths of reincarnation, it is difficult for us to get ahead one day.

Therefore, if there is no obstacle in the heart, it means that we are completely free from all the psychology of gain and loss. Whether the weather is sunny or rainy; whether you have money or not; whether others like you or don't like you... Since everything is the result of the past life's influence on this life, since these results There is no way to influence the unmoving heart, so why should a person be a self-confined spring silkworm? Therefore, if there is no obstacle in the mind, it means that one is completely free from all mentalities of right and wrong. Others' right and wrong have their own causes and consequences, so why should we strongly criticize or be incomprehensible? Because, if we really hope that there is only beauty and light in the world, then please do not start by asking others, but start by asking yourself to do something! Since they are just extras on this dream stage, why should we care too much about other people's poor acting skills? Therefore, if there is no obstacle in the mind, it means that one is completely free of all inferiority and inferiority mentality. It doesn’t matter if others are taller than me, more beautiful than me, richer than me…. Since everything is just a dream, why should we care too much about the ups and downs of the plot? Therefore, since there is no gain or loss, right or wrong, superiority or inferiority...of course there will be no worries in my heart. Such a person is a person without any ties. He is a rare person in the world. He is a refuge for all living beings, a guide for all living beings, and a model for all living beings.

No fear

A person who is free from obstacles will be at peace in his heart and at ease everywhere.

Since there is no gain or loss, there is no anxiety or fear of gain or loss; since there is no right or wrong, there is no anxiety or confusion about right or wrong; since there is no superiority or inferiority, there is no distinction and difference in judgment... Such a person is completely following The person who comes out of the shadow of fear knows that everything is fake. Could the fake tiger really eat people? Can fake devils really hurt people? Is it possible to be happy just by getting a fake toy? Isn’t there something missing now that you have a fake reputation? He deeply understands that everything can be let go, everything is no longer a problem, and everything can be at ease. Such a person is the happiest person, because he has been completely freed from the vague uneasiness of life and the deepest fear - incomprehensible fear, unknown fear, confused fear, subtle fear... . Life is no longer a prison or a gathering of suffering, life becomes endless happiness and joy, and the key to all this lies in the heart.

Stay away from upside-down dreams

After the mind is completely freed from the entanglement of delusional thoughts, it becomes clear, autonomous, and rational. At this time, when the illusion net is removed, everything begins to show its true colors. . Black and white are no longer reversed, everything has returned to its rightful place; subject and object are no longer transpositioned, the mind no longer misidentifies delusion as the master; root and cause are no longer confused, and the mind finally understands that it is the Buddha. The world is like an illusion, and life is like a dream. If we don’t recognize this fact as soon as possible, we will still be trapped in the dilemma of life in which black and white are reversed, subject and object are changed, and the root and the bottom are confused. Therefore, since you have heard the Dharma, you should be diligent, compassionate, and wise, and say goodbye forever to the confusion and dreams that cause sorrow and distress.

Ultimate Nirvana

Ultimate Nirvana can only be achieved when the three obstacles are eliminated. Nirvana is also known as death. Nirvana does not arise, it is immortal; it is complete with all virtues, and it is called tranquility when all obstacles are removed. Nirvana and perfect peace have the meaning of immortality, perfection and purity. Ultimate Nirvana is the most complete and supreme Nirvana. There are four kinds of nirvana: nirvana of self, nirvana with remainder, nirvana without remainder, and nirvana with no abode. These four kinds of nirvana have been introduced in the introduction. The so-called attainment of Nirvana is to realize the true Buddha-nature that one originally possesses and is not obtained from the outside, so it is called "no attainment". Self-nature nirvana is the cause for all living beings to become Buddhas, that is, all living beings can become Buddhas. And because the Buddha-nature possessed by all living beings is neither born nor destroyed, nor stained nor pure, neither increasing nor decreasing, all living beings are equal. Mind, Buddha, and sentient beings are all indistinguishable. The inherent nature of one's own mind is called self-nirvana. Remaining nirvana is achieved by people of the two vehicles. Although they have achieved Arahantship and the troubles of staged birth and death have been eradicated, they still have the body of retribution of beginningless delusion karma, that is, they still have an illusory body, and they receive the retribution of illusory existence. All dharmas are bound, so they are not ultimate. In nirvana, even the illusory body disappears, which is the so-called "old karma has been eliminated, the holy life has been established, what has been done has been done, and there is no future". Nirvana without abode is the ultimate Nirvana. It does not abide in life and death, nor does it abide in Nirvana. It is the end of everything that does not abide. Because Nirvana is about life and death. Since there is no life and death, how can Nirvana be proved? Birth, Death and Nirvana are just a false name. Because people of the Second Vehicle have cognitive obstacles and do not understand the principle of no difference between life and death and Nirvana, they are disgusted with life and death and rejoice in Nirvana. The Buddha has perfected the fruit of the bodhisattva, all three obstacles have been purified, and the three virtues (namely: Dharmakāya virtue—the omnipotent body of Buddha nature, Prajna virtue—accomplishment of all undertakings, Liberation virtue—endless benefit) are fully manifest, and there is no gain without practice. Without proof, there is ultimate Nirvana. Because of his great compassion, he appears in the world and saves countless sentient beings according to circumstances, but there is no sentient being that can be saved. Therefore, Nirvana, which has no abode, is the ultimate Nirvana that lasts forever, is still and always illuminates, illuminates and always remains still, and is full of brightness and stillness.
