Within the administrative area of our city, with the area within Xi 'an Ring Expressway as the center, it extends southward to the north of Zhongnan Avenue, Du Yan Road and Samsung Expressway (excluding), east of Xihan Expressway and west of Xizhou Expressway; It extends northward to the enclosed area south of Xi 'an North Ring Road (excluding), east of Yan Xi Expressway and west of Xiyu Expressway. Motor vehicles passing through expressway but not leaving expressway are allowed to pass, and no restrictions are taken.
