1. Dali Ancient City

Note: Take bus No.4 or taxi to the foot of Cangshan Mountain in the ancient city, and then you can choose to walk or take a bus ferry to the downhill station of the cableway. If you choose to walk, you need to take the west gate of Dali ancient city. After coming out, you can walk for about 20 minutes to the downhill station of the ropeway.

There are two ways to climb Cangshan Mountain: by cableway and hiking. There are three cableways, Gantong cableway, Zhonghe cableway and Cangshan cableway. The ropeways are not connected with each other, and the stations at the foot of the mountain are not in the same place, so you can reach Qingbi Stream, Zhonghe Temple and Ximatan on Dai Yu Road halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the cableway, which is the longest and the scenery is naturally better.

On the west side of Tianlong Babu Film and Television City, there is a hiking trail. It takes about 1 hour to reach Dai Yu Road (near Yanfeng Cave). First, walk about 2 kilometers north to the Zhonghe Hall, and then turn back to the south to visit Ximatan and Dragon Riding Female Pool. After that, you can go back the same way or take the induction ropeway.

3. Erhai Lake (one circle 130km)

Erhai Lake is very suitable for cycling and boating. It is like spring all the year round.

Erhai Lake covers an area of about 246 square kilometers (25 1 square kilometers) and has a storage capacity of about 2.95 billion cubic meters. It is long and narrow, from the southern end of Eryuan County in the north to Xiaguan in Dali City in the south, with a length of 40 kilometers from north to south. It is the second largest lake in Yunnan after Dianchi Lake and the seventh largest freshwater lake in China. Erhai Lake was formed at the end of the Ice Age, and its main reason was settlement and erosion. It belongs to plateau tectonic rift lake, with an altitude of1972m.

Erhai Lake is mainly located in Dali City, and its north shore connects the southeast corner of Eryuan County, the east foot of Cangshan Mountain and the west foot of Yu 'an Mountain. The northern waters of Erhai Lake originally belonged to Eryuan County.
