Has the flight been cancelled because of the weather?

According to the owner's guide, when the flight is cancelled due to weather, the airline should assist the passengers in arranging meals and accommodation, but the expenses should be borne by the passengers themselves. These Provisions apply to the delay or cancellation of flights at the place of origin. If the flight is delayed or cancelled at the stopover, the airline is responsible for providing accommodation services to the stopover passengers for whatever reason. In addition, Article 29 of the Regulations on the Normal Administration of Flights also clarifies that the carrier or ground service agent shall provide accommodation services for passengers in case of flight departure delay or cancellation, especially referring to the delay or cancellation caused by weather and other reasons not attributable to the carrier.
