Wuling Snow Mountain Information

Wuling: Dayuling, Qitianling, Dupangling, Zhumengling, Yuechengling or Nanling, spanning Jiangxi, Hunan and Guangdong.

Dayuling: Located in the south of Dayu County in the southwest corner of Jiangxi Province, bordering Nanxiong County of Guangdong Province, it is the main traffic artery of Guangdong and Jiangxi, and Hengpuguan in Qin Dynasty is on this ridge.

Dupangling is located in the south of Lanshan County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province and the north of Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, instead of Dupangling, which is located between Guanyang County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province and Jiangyong County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province today. Huangxiguan in Qin Dynasty was just above this ridge, and it was also the only way from Hunan to Guangdong.

Qitianling: Today, between Chenzhou City and Yizhang County in Hunan Province, it is the Hunan-Guangdong Passage, and Yangshan Pass in Qin Dynasty is on this ridge.

Mengzhuling: In today's Jianghua Yao Autonomous County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, Babu District and Zhongshan County, Hezhou City, Guangxi, it is the only way from Hunan to Guangxi.

Yuechengling: In the north of Xing 'an, Guangxi, it is the traffic artery between Hunan and Guangxi, and there are Yan Guan and Qin Cheng sites in Xing 'an.

Jin Jia Mountain, also known as "Jin Jia Mountain", is called "Jiaji" in Tibetan, and Jin Jia is transliteration, which means very high and steep. Located in the southeast of Xiaojin County, it belongs to Qionglai Mountain Range, spanning between Dawei Township of Xiaojin County and Baoxing County of Ya 'an District, with an altitude of 4 124 meters. Jin Jia Mountain is the first snow-capped mountain that the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army climbed on foot in the Long March. On the afternoons of June 1935 and 12, the 4th Regiment of the 2nd Division of the Red Army Corps, led by Wang Kaixiang, the head of the regiment, and Yang Chengwu, the political commissar, finally successfully crossed the Jin Jia Mountains from Qiao Qi Township at the southern foot of the Jin Jia Mountains and joined the 74th Regiment of the 25th Division of the Red Army, which was carrying out its mission at Muchenggoukou, Daxu Township at the foot of the mountain. The unexpected encounter laid the foundation for the victory of the first and fourth armies of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants.
