It means the weather, right?

Spring, summer, autumn and winter do not refer to the weather, but to the four seasons of the earth, which is the result of the earth's orbit around the sun.

Our earth revolves around the sun and rotates around its own axis, but the axis is not perpendicular to the orbital plane, but has an inclination of 23 degrees and 27 minutes. It is precisely because of this tilt that the direct point of the sun on the earth's surface moves between the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn, thus forming four seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Four Seasons and Human Health

The normal laws of climate change throughout the year are spring temperature, summer heat, autumn dryness and winter cold. Under the influence of climate change in four seasons, all creatures in nature will inevitably change accordingly, which is the natural law of Tibet in spring, summer, autumn and winter. The physiological function of the human body is also in line with nature. If the metabolism of the body violates this law all the year round, the qi of the four seasons will hurt the five internal organs, that is, "cold in spring, heat in summer, dampness in autumn and typhoid in winter".

Su Wen's Four Qi Tunes the Spirit says: "The four seasons of Yin and Yang are the foundation of all things and the foundation of life and death. If you go against it, it will be a disaster. If you go against it, you will not get sick. It is the Tao. " This further shows that human health is closely related to climate change in four seasons.
