According to the meteorological diffusion conditions in our city, after consultation with experts, it is decided to terminate the traffic management measures stipulated in the Notice of Tangshan Municipal People's Government on Implementing Motor Vehicle Restrictions (Tang Zheng Tongzi [2065 438+09] 13) in advance from February 9, 1965, namely:

All roads within the administrative areas of lunan district, lubei district, Hi-tech Development Zone, Fengnan District, Fengrun District, Kaiping District and guye district are no longer restricted by non-operating small (light and micro) vehicles (including temporary license plates and foreign license plates). In case of heavy polluted weather, corresponding restrictive measures shall be implemented in accordance with the Emergency Plan for Heavy Polluted Weather.

Motor vehicle restrictions will be implemented in Fengrun District of Tangshan from July 17, 2020;

1. Time limit: from July 17 to July 3 1 day, 7:00-20:00 every working day, with no rest on Saturdays and Sundays and legal holidays.

2. Restricted scope: All roads within the administrative area of the whole region, including urban roads and expressway (except expressway).
