I. Provisions on Vehicle Tail Number Restriction (1) Restriction scope: roads and bridges east of West Ring Road (excluding), east Ring Road ~ Zhongzhou East Road ~ Anju Road (excluding), south of Mangling Avenue (excluding the original national road 3 10) and north of South Ring Road (excluding the main line of Wangcheng Avenue Expressway)

(3) Restricted vehicles: all motor vehicles (including temporary number plates, excluding hanging new energy number plates).
