Yellow skin blooms in March and matures in July. It is egg-shaped and heart-shaped, and the fruit tastes fresh. Its pickled products have expectorant, degassing and greasy functions. In recent 20 years, Xiaoxi Xiaozhuang has cultivated a yellow-skinned variety called "Wupi Jixin".

160 years ago, a farmer in Xiaozhuang planted a "black-skinned chicken heart" mother tree. Later, every household in Xiaozhuang planted "black skin fruit" by grafting. At present, all kinds of "black fruits" in Fujian, Liuwei and Chaoshan areas are planted from Xiaozhuang.

At present, the peak production period of Huangpi in Xiaozhuang is about 7000 kg per day. Due to the unique soil and water in Xiaozhuang, the "five-skin pot" has many excellent characteristics:

A: The skin of "Wupiguo" is black, and the "Wupiguo" in other places is black but not bright. A day's harvest has promoted the fading of work luster. However, the luster of Xiaozhuang's "black fruit" can last for three days.

B: it's not allowed to explode in rainy days. When the fruit is ripe, 70% to 80% of the yellow skin of other varieties will burst due to dry weather or rain, while Xiaozhuang's "black skin and chicken heart" fruit will only crack 10%.

C, the pulp tastes good and has gum. Fruit peeled will not shed juice, and its meat has certain toughness and moderate sweetness and sourness.

D, the harvest period can be extended. Huangpi has three flowering periods, and it is not too late to mature early and late, which brings certain difficulties to the harvest of pericarp. However, Xiao Zhuang's Five Skin Fruits is not. It can prolong the harvest period and make the fruit color darker and higher. Known as the "black pearl", the late-maturing three flowers and three fruits are generally seedless. There is an old saying: "The sword is sharpened." There is a Daoshi Mountain less than 1000 meters southwest of Xiaozhuang in Linxi Town. This kind of well-structured stone is turned into a millstone by hand grinding. In Chizhukeng village, which is only 2 kilometers away from the village, the knife stone made of a fine powder stone is smooth and meticulous. Due to the grinding of the millstone, the metal utensils are sharp and grooveless, and the excellent characteristics of the utensils are maintained. This is an article for home and factory use.
