Problems after tooth extraction

I also just had my wisdom teeth extracted not long ago. I thought the inflammation would disappear if the weather got colder, but I still have inflammation. Here are some personal suggestions:

1. Take good care of yourself. If there is a blood clot, do not rinse your mouth frequently, do not chew food on the side where the tooth was extracted, and do not lick the wound frequently. A little bloodshotness is normal and will disappear after a week. Mine is almost healing, but there is still a hole, and it will take a week before the other side can be removed.

2. Anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers are usually prescribed after tooth extraction. The doctor prescribed me roxithromycin and Duyiwei capsules.

3. Do not engage in heavy physical labor after tooth extraction. Smoking and drinking are also bad for wound healing.

4. You can gargle with light salt water. I also drink some light salt water in the morning, which is good for anti-inflammatory and detoxification, although it is a bit unpleasant to drink.

It’s good to drink more boiled water and you’ll be fine in a few days

Wish you a speedy recovery!
