Why is the weather different everywhere?

Due to different geographical locations, there is less precipitation in China, and there is less water vapor because the inland areas are far away from the ocean. In the eastern monsoon region of China, there is more precipitation because it is close to the ocean and has enough water vapor. Of course, the precipitation in an area is affected by many factors, including altitude, topography, sea area location and so on.
