1. Enter "*#06#" under the dial to check whether the IMEI number of the mobile phone is normal. If there is no IMEI number, go directly to the authorized maintenance station for testing;

2. Reinstall the SIM card. If it is still unrecognizable, please take out the SIM card and wipe the metal chip area of the SIM card with rubber or alcohol, and then try again.
