Typhoon Pingtan 15

Typhoon National Day 17 will have an impact on Pingtan, but it is hard to predict how big the impact will be! Typhoon No.20 1716 was generated in the northwest Pacific at 8: 00 a.m. on September 23rd, moving north-northwest and gradually approaching the east of Taiwan Province Province. It intensified into a strong typhoon on the morning of 26th, and is expected to land on the coast near Hualien, China on the afternoon of 27th.
