Why is the climate in Panzhihua so special? It's always so hot.

Panzhihua is located in the south subtropical zone and belongs to the three-dimensional climate of semi-arid valley. In the north, the western Sichuan Plateau and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau block the cold air in the north, and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau in the south makes it difficult for the warm and humid airflow in the south to reach.
