Summary of plumber's work

2006 is coming to an end and a new year is about to begin. At the moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, reviewing the work process in the past year and summing up the experience and lessons of the work in the past year are conducive to fostering strengths and avoiding weaknesses in future work and doing a better job in supervision. Let's summarize the work in the past year from several aspects.

First, the main work this year

In the past year, I undertook ***4 1 single project with a total area of 154 108M2. Up to now, 29 individual projects have been completed, covering an area of 89,779 ㎡, of which 6 have not been accepted without data, and 12 individual projects have not been completed, covering an area of 64,329 ㎡. While supervising these projects, we also deal with the finishing work of some projects completed last year. During his vacation, Comrade Zhou helped with some work in two straw houses. I also used my spare time to learn the new construction specifications, summed up the common quality problems of heating and sanitation projects seen in supervision work and daily life last year, accumulated information, and sorted out and improved the supervision implementation rules.

Second, the specific work situation

In this year's supervision work, there are the following characteristics:

1, heavy workload: undertook the supervision task of 154 108M2.

2. The construction sites are scattered, with a wide area and long trunk lines: the construction sites I supervise are all over the Bayuquan area, from Mazhuan in the southeast to Hongyun Community in the southwest to Wanghaizhai in the north, and the construction sites are far apart.

3. The project involves four project supervision departments, led by four directors at the same time.

4. Supervise the same site with the district supervisor: We share a bid section with the district supervisor at the site of the Hong Kong Logistics Relocation Building. The quality of works is not only a personal problem, but also directly affects the reputation of the company.

5. Party A acts as an agent for the government, and individuals interfere with the supervision work too much: in Hong Kong, when the logistics department moves back to the construction site, individuals interfere with the supervision work due to the government actions of Party A, and various inspections and meetings are frequent, requiring the supervision to sign in every morning, and the hydropower supervision is not allowed to manage other construction sites.

In this case, how to do a good job of supervision, ensure the quality of the project, not only satisfy Party A of Hong Kong Logistics, win glory for the company, but also manage other construction sites well, this problem is in front of me.

In view of this situation, it is necessary to arrange the work reasonably, prioritize, grasp the key points and give consideration to others.

First of all, focus on the relocation of port logistics to the construction site, arrange a lot of time in the relocation of port logistics to the construction site, take advantage of the small amount of plumbing construction in the early stage of the project, fully understand the personnel status of each construction team and the mastery of norms and procedures, organize the communication between the plumbing leaders of each construction team, and try to unify the construction methods. At the same time, in view of the common quality problems in plumbing construction in this area, the supervision engineer notice was sent to the construction unit in advance, and the specific construction requirements were put forward. Before the construction of each working procedure, point out the matters needing attention to the plumbing construction personnel in advance, patiently explain the requirements of specifications and procedures, do a good job in quality pre-control and avoid quality problems to the maximum extent. In the specific construction process, patrol inspection is often carried out, problems found are pointed out in time, and construction personnel are ordered to make rectification. By strengthening management, the quality of the project has been improved. As Director Zhu of the Quality Supervision Station said, "The quality of the hydropower project of the relocation building of the Hong Kong-Shanghai logistics has reached a higher level".

While doing a good job in relocating Hong Kong logistics to the construction site, arrange the work of other construction sites. When other construction sites begin to enter the construction site, put forward specific construction requirements and matters needing attention in construction to the person in charge of water heating in the construction unit, and often visit the construction site for inspection. The construction unit of each construction site has something to call or the director promises to be on call, and never cares about the distance of the road and the hot and cold weather. It ensures the orderly supervision of other construction sites.

Thirdly, the effectiveness of supervision.

In last year's supervision work and daily life, we found that there are some common quality problems in plumbing construction in this area, specifically the following problems:

1, the toilet floor drain is unqualified, and the water seal height is not enough;

2, the underground drainage pipe of the kitchen basin is not easy to trap;

3. The trap under the kitchen basin is installed under the floor car;

4. The joint between toilet washbasin and drain pipe is not sealed;

5, kitchen, bathroom drainage vents directly connected to the exhaust pipe;

6, kitchen, bathroom drain expansion joint installation position does not meet the specification requirements;

7. The distance between water supply pipe clamps is too large and unstable.

These problems not only violate the construction norms, but also directly affect people's lives. The kitchen and bathroom smell bad, but residents can't deal with it. In view of these problems, specific requirements were put forward to the person in charge of water heating at the beginning of each construction site, with special emphasis on the seriousness of this problem, and patiently explained to them the requirements in the specification and the harm to people's lives. In the projects completed this year, such problems have basically been eliminated.

Fourth, the remaining problems in the work.

I have been engaged in supervision work in Bayuquan for two years, and I deeply feel the chaos in the local construction market, especially the low status, responsibility and rights of supervision and the lack of effective control means. In some respects, I feel that the supervision work cannot be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Code for Supervision of Engineering Construction. The quality of the project mentioned above has reached a higher level, which is only for comparison. If it is really measured according to the inspection and evaluation standards, there is still a certain gap, mainly in the following aspects:
