Several common dermatitis symptoms in summer

There are five kinds of common summer dermatitis:

First, thermal dermatitis, the dog days in midsummer are good, and the skin appears red spots and maculopapules. Scratch where you feel itchy, which often leads to scratches, scabbing, skin thickening and secondary infection. The higher the temperature, the greater the humidity and the more serious the dermatitis, and the dermatitis can be relieved by itself after the temperature drops. The main measures to prevent the disease are to keep indoor ventilation, cool, loose clothes, pay attention to clean and dry skin and take a bath frequently.

The second type is solar dermatitis. Sunburned skin often has edema and erythema with clear boundaries, which often reaches its peak within 24 hours. In severe cases, blisters and bullae may appear, accompanied by symptoms such as headache, nausea and palpitation, and the affected area has obvious burning sensation or irritating pain. To control the exposure of ultraviolet rays, pay attention to shading when going out, and apply sunscreen to your skin.

Third, skin irritation means that people sweat a lot in midsummer, especially when using cosmetics or topical drugs, which often causes irritating dermatitis, erythema, desquamation, burning sensation and itching. For dermatitis caused by cosmetics, try not to use cosmetics, and do a test before use. It can only be used if there is no adverse reaction.

The fourth kind is insect bite dermatitis, which is more common in the sultry dog days. There are often banded edema erythema in the exposed parts of the skin, and dense pustules with the size of needle tips can be seen on it. Scratches can lead to corrosion, scabbing, burns and itching. Prevent insect bite dermatitis, do a good job in environmental sanitation, and close the screen window of the yarn station at the same time. Wash the skin with soap in time after insect bite, and apply it locally or dry lotion outside the furnace.

The fifth type is infectious dermatitis, which is more common in children and adolescents in summer. Because of the high temperature and humidity, skin impregnation leads to the blockage of sweat pores, which is easy for bacteria to invade the skin and multiply. Children are prone to rash, folliculitis, furuncle and pustular ulcer in dog days. The effects of these skin contact infections or self-contact are pain and itching. Severe people will have a fever, lymph nodes will be red and swollen, mainly sweating and dirty things. Prevention should first keep the skin clean, often take a bath, cut your nails, and sprinkle prickly heat powder on the wrinkles after bathing to keep the skin fresh and dry. Pay attention to indoor ventilation. When using cosmetics, you can't use foundation cream and too much cosmetics as usual, because cosmetics will hinder the normal secretion of the skin and cause infection.
