Since May, heavy rainfall has continued in our county. The risk of disasters such as landslides, flash floods, and debris flows is extremely high. According to the forecast of the meteorological department, the heavy rainfall will continue. From the 17th to the 21st, there will be a new round of heavy rainfall in our county. During the process, the rainfall will be 150 mm-180 mm, with more than 200 mm in some places. It is expected that the Longtu River will have a rainfall of 2 meters-2.5 meters. rice has increased, the flood control situation is very serious. In order to effectively carry out the current flood prevention work and ensure the safety of people's lives. After research by the county government, the relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. All households in geological disaster spots and households building houses on slopes must be relocated; mountainside, ditchside, streamside, cliffside, and landslide areas Households with signs of danger nearby must be moved; households with danger in low-lying spots, mountainside points, etc. must be moved; adobe houses and flooded houses must be moved, and left-behind elderly children, disabled people, rural five-guarantee households and other groups must be moved.

2. All townships must take resolute and decisive measures to transfer people in the above-mentioned areas, so that no household or person is left behind. The masses must obey the arrangements and resolutely transfer.

3. The general public should further improve safety awareness, reduce or avoid outdoor activities during heavy rainfall, especially stay away from dangerous areas such as road slopes, retaining walls, and old houses.

4. The general public should pay close attention to weather changes, fully understand the hysteresis of geological disasters, and pay attention to preventing the occurrence of geological disasters and secondary disasters. During heavy rainfall, it is not allowed to go up the mountain to engage in agricultural activities.

5. In order to prevent secondary collapses and landslides during cleanup, causing casualties, it is not advisable to clean up the earth and stone immediately after a disaster. 2-3 days after the rainfall is still a high-risk period, so you should wait until later. The earthwork can be cleared and transported only after the rock and soil mass is stabilized.

This notice shall be effective from the date of issuance.
