Chapter 2: What I saw on May Day

Today is May Day, the weather is fine, and we plan to go to the Tomb of Dayu.

The Mausoleum of Dayu is located at the foothills of Kuaiji Mountain in the southeast of Shaoxing City. It is the burial place of Dayu, the ancient flood control hero in my country. Surrounded by mountains, there are many strange peaks, and the clear stream flowing eastward makes Dayu's Mausoleum even more dignified and spectacular.

When I reached the foot of the mountain, I climbed up like a little monkey. Along the way, people came and went. I also saw mountain earthworms and wild bees... and I heard birds from the Bird Paradise in the distance. The shouting is quite lively.

When I climbed to the top of the mountain, I was sweating profusely, panting, and couldn't move. I took a deep breath and slowly recovered. But when I looked down the mountain, I saw a lot of white garbage at a glance, including plastic bags, Coke bottles, melon shells and peels... It was very inconsistent with the environment here, and I felt very uncomfortable.

On the way down the mountain, I picked up garbage along the way, and my father helped me as a porter. When we got to the foot of the mountain, we picked up a big bag full, which made us exhausted. But I am still very happy, because "protecting the environment is everyone's responsibility."

Chapter 3: "May Day" experiences

Unknowingly, the "May Day" holiday has come quietly again, but because my father will be very busy during the holiday , so I couldn’t go to the surrounding scenic spots, but my mother agreed to take me to see the colorful boats.

When my mother and I first arrived at the Nanyuan Bridge in the evening, we saw many people like me who came to watch the colorful boats in twos and threes. We only heard them commenting on their preferences for all the colorful boats. So I hurriedly pulled my mother to speed up the pace and came to the river. Wow! I saw many beautiful flower boats with colorful lights parked along the river. My mother told me that each boat has its own theme. In addition to Zhouzhuang, Tongli, Mudu, and others from Hangzhou, I saw As for the "Xizi" in Changzhou, the "Super Dinosaur" in Changzhou, I also saw Japan's "Kobe" full of Japanese cartoon characters, so cute! After seeing so many different kinds of colorful boats, my favorite is the "Expo" in Shanghai. Chapter 4: May Day Observations

Today is the annual May Day Labor Day, and it is also a good day for everyone to have fun. My mother and I plan to go to Qingyun Mountain in Anqiu play.

My mother and I came to Qingyun Mountain early. There were so many people today, a sea of ??people, pouring through the gate like a tide. When I walked into the gate, I saw a majestic "Liangqiu Pavilion" in front of me. There was also a wooden sign with writing on it. When I turned around the wooden sign, there was a lot of people. There was a very clean stone path along the path. , I came to a very big cave entrance, which is the "Qingyun Cave". Qingyun Cave consists of six caves and one hall. The road is winding and connected with the six caves. These six caves are Guanyin Cave. , Xiangshi Cave, Water Curtain Cave, Bottomless Cave, Sijing Cave and Bajie Cave. There are hidden dragons and crouching tigers in the caves, Chang'e flying to the moon, etc. The whole journey is more than 100 meters.

After watching Qingyun Cave, I came to the "Grassland Resort" again. When I walked in, I saw the cows carved out of stone, which were so lifelike that they attracted tourists to take photos. Each of the neat yurts, inside Delicious food is waiting for you!

I heard that there was a performance going on at the Children's Park, so I ran over excitedly. It turned out that it was two Thai elephants performing!

Chapter 5: What I saw on May Day

On the day of the May Day holiday, my parents and I went to the amusement park to play.

I first played the Cyclone Sports Car, then the Physical Fitness Park, then the Horse Riding and Gun Shooting, and finally the Happiness Cup and the Pirate Ship.

Among these games, the ones that impressed me the most are: Happy Cup and Pirate Ship. First of all, before playing Happy Cup, I thought: Can only happy families play it? Ouch! I don't know what the answer to the question is either. The Happy Cup is a huge cup. Some cups are rotating and some are speed-type. It’s very fun! My parents and I played in a big cup, and I really found the feeling of happiness.

Finally, I played the pirate ship. When the ship just shook, I was a little nervous and broke out in a cold sweat, for fear that I would fall. The boat rocked more and more, and it stood upright after a while. On the contrary, I became less and less scared. After playing once, I was still unsatisfied and wanted to play again. My parents agreed. The second time I played, it was even better. Not so scared anymore, I became more courageous. The boat stopped. Although I wanted to play again, it was already very late and we should go home.

The sun was about to set. There were fewer and fewer people playing under the mountains, and we reluctantly left the amusement park.
