Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited during the Spring Festival in Weifang, and some restricted discharge areas have now become no discharge areas. According to the newly revised Weifang Fireworks Management Regulations, People's Republic of China (PRC) Air Pollution Prevention Law and Public Security Management Punishment Law, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the main city all year round, and no unit or individual may set off fireworks and firecrackers at any time. According to the newly revised Regulations on the Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Weifang, the urban area refers to seven districts: Kuiwen District, Weicheng District, Fangzi District, Hanting District, High-tech Development Zone, Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Economic Development Zone.

The area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in urban areas is the area surrounded by the following four boundaries.

Northern border. It starts at the junction of Dawei River and Yin Qing Expressway, goes east to Beihai Road along the guardrail on the south side of Yin Qing Expressway, goes north to Shengtai Street along the kerb on the west side of Beihai Road, and goes east to Luohe along Shengtai Street and its extension line.

(2) the eastern boundary. Starting from the intersection of Shengtai Street Extension Line and Zhuohe River, it goes south along the central line of Zhuohe River to Yin Qing Expressway, east along the guardrail on the south side of Yin Qing Expressway to the guardrail and extension line on the east side of bonded supervision area, turns to Gaosan Road along the guardrail on the east side of bonded supervision area, goes south along the kerb on the east side of Gaosan Road to Liyuan Street, west along the kerb on the north side of Liyuan Street to Gaoer Road, and south along the kerb on the east side of Gaoer Road to Bao Tong Street.

(3) the southern border. From the junction of wei county South Road and Bama Road, go west along the south side of Bama Road to Weizhou Road.

(4) the western border. It starts at the junction of Weizhou Road and Bama Road, goes north to Weijiao Road along the west side of Weizhou Road, goes west to Airport Road along the south side of Weijiao Road, goes north to Bao Tong Street along the west side of Airport Road, goes west to Yuehe Road along Bao Tong Street, goes north to Cangnan Street along the west side of Yuehe Road, goes west to Chang Song Road along the south side of Cangnan Street, and goes north to Ji Jiao Railway along the west side of Chang Song Road.

The urban area is north to the former Ji Jiao Railway Line, south to Fenghuangshan Road, west to Tuoshan Road and east to Zhaode Road. Clockwise direction is the original Ji Jiao Railway Line-Zhaode North Road-Zhaode South Road-Fenghuangshan East Road-Fenghuangshan West Road-Tuoshan South Road-Tuoshan Middle Road. All roads involved in the boundary of the forbidden area are included in the forbidden area.

The urban areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited are: the areas surrounded by the following four boundaries and the areas surrounded by the four boundaries1000m high-rise residential areas:

Shouguang City prohibits the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers within the following four boundaries:

202 1 Continue to implement the notice of Anqiu Municipal People's Government on restricting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers in urban areas (An [2018] No.33), and delimit the forbidden area within the restricted discharge of fireworks and firecrackers.

No-go areas in Shibei District are:

(1) East boundary: from Lianhuashan Bridge to Qingyun Bridge along Wenhe River.

(2) South boundary: From Qingyun Bridge, along the north bank of Wenhe River to Qingyun Lake Bridge. (3) West boundary: Start from Qingyun Lake Bridge and go north along Xin 'an Road to the intersection of Xin 'an Road and Lianhua Mountain Road.

(4) North boundary: Start from the intersection of Xin 'an Road and Lianhua Mountain Road, and go east along Lianhua Mountain Road to Lianhuashan Bridge.

Shinan District Forbidden Zone scope is:

(1) East boundary: Start from Qingyun Lake Bridge and go south along Xin 'an Road to Nanyuan Road.

East boundary: from the junction of Donghu Road and Qinglong Lake Road, it goes south along Donghu Road to Lianhua Mountain Road, south along Lianhua Mountain Road to Huyun Road, south along Huyun Road to Qingyun Street, east along Qingyun Street to Wenhua Road, south along Wenhua Road to Paradise Avenue, east along Paradise Avenue to Jinwen Road, south along Jinwen Road to Cuiwei Road, west along Cuiwei Road to Xin 'an Road and south along Xin 'an Road to Shuangfeng Avenue. South boundary: From the intersection of Xin 'an Road and Shuangfeng Avenue, go west along Shuangfeng Avenue to Hua 'an Road.

(2) the eastern boundary. It starts at the junction of the east side of Bailang River and the East Street of Yellow River, and extends southward along the east side of Bailang River to the West Street of Yangtze River.

The area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the main city is the area surrounded by the following four boundaries. Northern border. From the intersection of Xia Wei Road and Xianing Street, walk east along Xianing Street to Wang Xia Road.

(2) the eastern boundary. From the intersection of Xianing Street and Wang Xia Road, walk south along Wang Xia Road to Xiashan Street.

(3) the southern border. From the junction of Wang Xia Road and Xiashan Street, go west along Xiashan Street to Xia Wei Road.

(4) the western border. From the junction of Xiashan Street and Xia Wei Road, walk north along Xia Wei Road to Xianing Street.

The regulations stipulate that fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the following places outside the areas where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited:

(a) the office area of state organs;

(2) cultural relics protection units;

(3) Units that produce and store inflammable and explosive articles;

(four) power transmission and transformation, gas, fuel and other energy facilities safety protection zones;

(5) Radio stations, television stations, medical institutions, schools, kindergartens, nursing homes and places for religious activities;

(six) forest, public green space, martyrs cemetery and other key fire prevention areas;

(seven) shopping malls, bazaars, theaters, dance halls, Internet cafes and other crowded places;

(eight) transportation hubs such as stations, docks, airports and railway line safety protection zones;

(9) Parking lots, urban bridges and underground spaces;

(ten) other places as prescribed by laws and regulations.

Other places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited shall be reasonably determined by the people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) according to the actual situation.

Where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, obvious warning signs shall be set up.

The regulations stipulate that if fireworks and firecrackers are set off in areas and places where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited, or if fireworks and firecrackers are set off in a way that endangers public safety and citizens' personal and property safety, the public security organ shall order them to stop the discharge and impose a fine of 100 yuan and less than 300 yuan; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of more than 300 yuan and less than 500 yuan shall be imposed.

In violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, fireworks and firecrackers are set off during the early warning period of heavy pollution weather, and the public security organ shall order them to stop setting off, and impose a fine of more than 300 yuan and less than 500 yuan.

The regulations stipulate that if a fireworks party or fireworks display activity is held without permission, the public security organ shall order it to stop the discharge and impose a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan on the responsible unit; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than thirty thousand yuan but not more than fifty thousand yuan shall be imposed.

The regulations stipulate that if fireworks and firecrackers constitute civil infringement, they shall bear civil liability according to law; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
