Your package only includes cmwap access point, but you actually use cmnet access, so there is an extra charge.

This has nothing to do with the software "secretly charging" in your mobile phone.

Suggestion: Set the access point of mobile phone and software as cmwap, and download software that only uses cmwap access point.

PS: Google Maps must use cmnet.
