1 , Introduction to Master Chen

Master Chen has been practicing kung fu since he was a child. From 1989 to 1992, he studied at Xiushui Normal University in Jiangxi Province and practiced boxing with a teacher who graduated from the Wushu Department of the Shanghai Institute of Physical Education. From 2000 to 2003, he studied in Jiangxi Province. Provincial Sanda Team Nanchang University amateur class studied Sanda for three years; in 2010, he studied Wing Chun with Master Lu Xiaoming (Ip Man’s nephew, Lu Wenjin Department, Taiwan) at Zijingang Campus of Zhejiang University, and at the same time studied Japanese Goju-ryu Karate until the end of 2013; in Shanghai in 2012 Short-term training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Hall, and mastered the 32 common Jiu-Jitsu techniques; in 2014, he practiced comprehensive fighting at the Nanjing Weiyuan Martial Arts Hall. In the same year, he went to Foshan to learn the authentic Guo Style Wing Chun, and learned from Guo Weizhan, the president of Foshan Wing Chun Association. Grandmaster (son of Aaron Kwok Fu), Grandmaster Kwok Fu is a close disciple of Grandmaster Yip Man in Mainland China. He is honored as Senior Brother by Yip Wing Chun disciples at home and abroad. Grandmaster Ip Man said before his death: "If you want to learn the real Wing Chun, go to Foshan to find Guo Fu." From 2015 to now, he has traveled in the domestic and foreign martial arts circles, learned the strengths of other branches and schools of Wing Chun, and won the Kwok Master Award. He has the qualification to inherit the sect and is the third generation disciple of Grandmaster Ip Man.

Teacher Chen has promoted Wing Chun culture in Anhui and has two years of teaching experience. He has summed up a complete teaching system. The teaching content includes small ideas, looking for bridges, pointing fingers, picking hands, and wooden figures. Zhuang (Kwok's Wooden Dummy Post 108 + Ip Man's original Wooden Dummy Post 116), 12 single-hand movements, six-and-a-half-point stick, eight-cut knife; Wing Chun Qigong, iron sand palm and acupuncture techniques (this is the master's core disciple practice). 2. The training content of this school of Wing Chun

3. Teaching methods

1. General class: learn as you go, teach twice a week, on Saturday evening at the school’s main track and field stadium; on Sunday evening at the East District track and field stadium or Practice at Xiushan Lake Square.
