The first trick: the transpiration of irrigated sunscreen grapes is a good way to dissipate heat. It can absorb some heat energy by changing water into steam, thus reducing the temperature of leaves. Therefore, especially in hot summer, grapes need some water to ensure transpiration. There is more rain in some producing areas in summer, so don't worry about water shortage; However, in some areas with less rainfall, irrigation is needed, but other problems caused by too much water should be avoided.

The second trick: pruning sun protection In addition to the functions of grapes, hardworking gardeners have many ways to help grapes cool down. According to different climates and producing areas, grapes will be pruned into many different tree shapes. In hot weather, people usually prune grapes into tall cup-shaped trees, so that the fruit is hidden under the leaves and not in direct contact with the sun, thus avoiding the fruit from being burned by the sun.

Goblets are an ancient method of pruning grapes. If there is no wire or other support system, the vines will grow into wine glasses. The trunk of grapes is relatively short, about 0.5 meters, with some branches at the top.
