Look at the Wild Great Wall again.
In recent years, I like climbing mountains, especially the Great Wall.
In western Liaoning, there are shadows of the Great Wall everywhere: a small Great Wall in the shape of a crib is decorated on the roadside, and every household uses a short section of cement wall like the Great Wall as a partition. The Great Wall has become a part of people's life here. Just walk through a village and town, the names may be "Qiansuo", "Shahousuo" and "Lijiapu", all of which were stationed in the past; There may be abandoned beacon towers or watchtowers behind villages and towns. In spring, you can enjoy pear blossoms, in summer, you can pick cherries, and in autumn, you can pick apples. You can't tell which fruit forest you are in. Walking, you will find an old platform that has been abandoned for a long time. That may have been a very important beacon tower in those days.
People here call the Great Wall, which exists everywhere around them, "Stone Dragon" or "Earth Dragon", which is kind and vivid, as if the long dragon and short dragon made of stone and mud have life and some strength.
If you want to see the well-preserved Great Wall and beacon tower, you might as well climb the mountain, which is the relic of Yanshan Mountain. Those Great Walls that have not been developed into scenic spots are called Wild Great Walls.
By the time we arrived, people in twos and threes were already selling their mountain products at the foot of the mountain: walnuts, fruits and wild vegetables. They don't make a hullabaloo about, they just sit around and chat. Some people don't compete for customers when they buy goods, and guests go wherever they go. Some guests go door-to-door without buying anything, and they are not angry and continue to talk to themselves. Whoever has something to do temporarily gives what he wants to sell to another company, which keeps it like that. Guests can sell anything they like and keep a good record of their money.
These mountain people live in this mountain, and the patchwork houses are like a paradise. There are many fruit trees at the foot of the mountain and halfway up the mountain. When they bloom, they are really too beautiful to draw. We came a little late this time, most of them are in pear flower falls, and some apple blossoms are still in bloom. Apple has a big fruit, but the flowers are small white flowers, not as white as pear flowers. There is sunshine all over the mountains here, and apples are delicious. The names of Wang Lin, General Red King and General ... Apple is also a very distinctive war fortress, mighty and handsome.
The weather is good, and there are waves of people coming to climb the mountain. No matter men, women and children, everyone wears a mask on his chin, some dress formally, and some cover their mouths to show their noses. Halfway up the mountain, most people just hang masks on their chins. It was so hot that they all took off their coats and their faces were sweaty. People who are not familiar with each other keep a safe distance, have their own worries and walk slowly.
The road to the Wild Great Wall is much more difficult. Some sections are gravel, some sections are overgrown with weeds, and some sections are so steep that they need both hands and feet. Fortunately, it just takes some effort, but it's not steep.
Halfway up the mountain, a mother and son are picking wild vegetables. My mother is in her fifties and sixties, and the red sweater and yellow silk scarf are very eye-catching. She climbed high to pick. The young man took care of them carefully and invited her down one by one, but her mother refused. There is a solid rock where mother stands, and there is no danger. The young man still didn't trust, and kept looking up. Suddenly I thought that my son was running wildly outside, and his mother couldn't call him back, so I waited eagerly until the sweaty boy had a good time and ran to her. Over time, the watcher and the expecter have exchanged positions, and the painting style has not changed.
The mountain is not very high, so we should have a rest on the road. There are two steep places, which we call "tight eight sets" and "slow eight sets". After this "eight courses", we are almost at the beacon tower. The protective wall outside the beacon tower collapsed, leaving only the foundation and the crib gone, leaving traces of time.
Opposite Jiumenkou Great Wall and Jiujiang River, surrounded by mountains on three sides, the Great Wall winds over the mountains; The Bohai Sea is in the east and buildings are in the distance.
The opposite Jiumenkou Great Wall was rated as a world cultural heritage. Founded in Beiqi. Zhu Mingyuan Zhang ordered general Xu Da to preside over the construction of the Great Wall. Xu Da built the Ming Great Wall on the basis of the Northern Qi Great Wall. Jiumenkou Great Wall is a section from the Great Wall of Ming Dynasty to Bohai Bay. Since ancient times, it has been the traffic throat inside and outside the customs, and it is called "the first pass in JD.COM". COM”。 On the back of Jiumenkou Great Wall is the famous Great Wall of Jiao Shan.
Jiumenkou is named after nine drainage gates under the city bridge. The roaring Jiujiang River passes through Jiumenkou and reaches the Bohai Sea, forming a spectacle of "the city walks on the mountain and the water flows under the city". It is called the "Great Wall on Water" and is the only section of the Great Wall in Wan Li built on water.
There are many ancient war relics here, and the most intact one is the Tibetan soldier cave in Wu Sangui. Yes, Shanhaiguan is inside the Great Wall, and Daliao is outside it. Wu wavered between Han and Manchu, and here, indeed, should be his best choice.
The greatest feature of the Great Wall at Jiumenkou is the landscape of water passing through the city gate. Because of its large number of tourists and perfect repair, people who like to climb mountains and see the ruins go to other mountains. The mountains here are continuous, almost every mountain has a beacon tower, and every beacon tower has a path to reach.
This is not the first time I have boarded such a beacon tower. Every time I climb it, I see not only mountains and rivers, but also the Great Wall climbing on the ridge and the opposite beacon tower. For many years, it was a military station, and it was not until recent decades that people were able to live in peace. Most of the villagers and fishermen here are descendants of the sergeant, with simple folk customs and distinctive accents. Villages and towns not far apart may have different pronunciation habits and different spoken languages, all of which are the products of historical evolution.
Many wild Great Wall and beacon towers are falling down bit by bit, and may disappear into the mountains after hundreds of years. A mountain without the Great Wall is like losing its barrier, and a mountain without a beacon tower is like losing its eyes. However, I think such a mountain is a natural mountain and a mountain that has truly returned to itself. The existence of mountains and rivers is not for competition, so there is no need to bear these historical burdens. Pine trees, oak trees and shrubs in the mountains, squirrels, geckos and birds and insects in the mountains, clouds and springs in the mountains, these should be the masters, scenery and real charm of the mountains!
There wasn't much left in mountain products when we went down. A mountain villager got up and went back one after another. They really want to go back to the mountains, to the mountains and flowers; The people who came all the way here were just short-lived passers-by in the mountains, and they all left without looking back after going down the mountain.
Goodbye, Jiumenkou; Goodbye, Wild Great Wall. I look forward to bringing you a better me next time!
