Solve key diseases and improve equipment quality. First, strengthen the daily inspection and flaw detection of fish scales, scratches, falling blocks, corrosion or card damage at the bottom corner of the rail, eliminate board hanging diseases, and reinforce or replace severely damaged places. In particular, the damaged area of fish scale development is fast and irregular, so we should attach great importance to it, incorporate it into the patrol inspection focus, and appropriately encrypt the inspection period. It is forbidden to use anti-smashing tools for other purposes.
