What do you mean by looking up to heaven and hanging up?
Origin: This was originally a two-part allegorical saying of the old Guangzhou people mocking the fortune-teller, "Looking up to the sky and making predictions-there is no landing.
There used to be many fortune tellers in Guangzhou, and the weather in Guangzhou was changeable. No sooner had the fortune teller occupied Haikou than a sudden heavy rain poured him into soup. As a result, the unemployed fortune teller had to "look up to heaven to predict divination" and calculate fortune for God. Therefore, when people in Guangzhou ask whether something has been implemented, they often say humorously, "Looking at the sky?" ? "Looking up to heaven for divination" is not reliable, only you are reliable.
Guangzhou believes that there is a saying: "I rely on lottery tickets", which means to work hard by myself, not by luck. If you just want to take a chance, you will be like a fortune teller.
